• Delivery times vary based on location and product availability.

• Same-day flower delivery is available for orders placed before 10 AM (local time).

3. Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns on non-perishable items within 2 days of purchase.

• Fresh produce, flowers, and perishable goods cannot be returned due to their nature.

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days upon approval.

• If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@uhcstores.com with photos.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, processing begins, and cancellation may not be possible.

• Modifications to an order (e.g., changing delivery details) must be requested before dispatch.
