1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

• Non-perishable items (e.g., packaged goods, canned foods, kitchen products) may be eligible for return within 3 days of purchase with a valid receipt. All returns are subject to manager approval.

• Perishable goods (e.g., fresh produce, dairy products, meat, flowers) are strictly non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.

• If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will determine the best resolution. Refunds will be issued at our discretion.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.

2. Refund Process

• Refunds are only issued in rare cases and at our sole discretion.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.

• Refunds will only be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

• Cash refunds are not available. Store credit may be offered as an alternative.

3. Exchange Policy

• Non-perishable items can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value within 2 days of purchase.

• If you received the wrong item, we will replace it at our discretion.

• Perishable goods are not eligible for exchange.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.

• If your order has already been shipped, you must wait until it arrives to determine eligibility for return (if applicable).

7. Store Credit & Gift Cards

• Approved returns may qualify for store credit only.

• Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded but can be used for future purchases.
